Asset Library
Save and reuse images, models, colors, prompts, and materials across your canvas work.
Save images, models, color palettes, prompts, and materials in Asset library and reuse them on any canvas in your workspace.
Use Personal for your own references, or Workspace to share assets with your team.
Open your library
Click Asset library in the canvas bottom toolbar. Choose Personal or Workspace, then open a folder or browse assets in grid or list view. Switching workspaces also switches your library.
Add an asset
Click Add asset. Use Quick add > Upload image, or choose an asset type under Add with details.
No folder is required. Assets added inside a folder are saved there; assets added from the main library are saved outside folders.
Save a canvas node
Select an image or prompt node and click Add asset in its toolbar. The node name becomes the asset name. Images are saved as Image assets, and text as Prompt assets.
Assets saved from a node are placed outside folders. Saving does not add another node to the canvas.
Find and organize assets
Search by asset name and use the type filter to narrow the results. Search from the main library includes folders; search inside a folder only covers that folder. Prompt text, HEX values, material details, and folder names are not searched.
Click New folder to create a folder. Drag assets into it, or use the move action in an asset menu. Folders cannot contain other folders.
Use assets on a canvas
Drag an asset card onto the canvas, or open its details and choose Add to canvas. Adding a folder adds all assets inside it.
Access by role
Your personal library is only visible to you in the current workspace.
If the original asset is deleted
Deleting an asset removes it from the library and search results. Content already placed on a canvas stays available, including images, colors, prompt text, and generation results.
The source icon turns gray and you can no longer open the library original. You can keep using the content on your canvas.
