Yes. ShoeCatch provides 2,000 credits once to each user after sign-up.

You can use these credits to try key features such as image generation, video creation, and editing tools.

After your free credits run out, a monthly subscription grants credits each billing cycle. If you need more, you can buy extra credits with a top-up.

Credits are the internal usage unit used for AI generation and editing in ShoeCatch.

After signing up, each user receives 2,000 credits to try key features such as image generation, video creation, and editing tools.

The number of credits consumed depends on the model and feature you use.
For example, image generation, video generation, upscaling, and editing tools may each consume different amounts of credits.

If a generation fails due to a model or server issue, the credits used for that request are automatically refunded.

You can check your remaining credits anytime from the credit area at the bottom left of the canvas.

Getting started takes just a few minutes — from sign-up to your first AI-generated shoe design.

1. Create an account

   Click Get Started at shoecatch.ai and sign up with your email or Google account.

   No credit card required.

2. Add your first input

   Upload or drag in an image reference to the canvas.

   Add an Image or Video node and describe your idea in text.

   (Example: “Minimal running shoes in mesh material with bold accent colors.”)

3. Connect your nodes

   Link reference images to Image or Video nodes to build your workflow.

4. Generate & iterate

   Click Generate and see your first result in seconds.

   If you’re not satisfied, tweak your prompt, adjust parameters, or try another AI model.

5. Export

   Once you’re happy with your design, export it.

   You fully own the rights to use it for presentations, manufacturing quotes, portfolios, or commercial purposes.

ShoeCatch identifies four types of generation failure: an input safety block, a model refusal, a server error, or another general failure.

Read the error description and follow the suggested next step shown on the Canvas. If the same error continues, contact support@shoecatch.ai and include the displayed error message.

When a new ShoeCatch version is available, the app refreshes automatically. If you are generating content or completing a payment, the refresh waits until that work is finished so it is not interrupted.
